 Before Appointment Policy

  • Please arrive five minutes before scheduled appointment.

  • Please be ready to fill out waiver 

  • Please arrive mascara-free.

  • We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

  • Skin sensitivities and allergies are extremely rare and your safety and care are of my utmost concern. We use the highest quality products and the most up-to-date techniques and sanitation protocols in the industry. However Ravish Mink Lash and Brows is not liable for reaction due to our products. If you are concerned, we recommend a patch test several days before your appointment. Please call to schedule.

Appointment Policy

We respectfully request that client DO NOT BRING CHILDREN. This is from a child safety standpoint and also so that your lash artist can concentrate on you and your treatment.

 Cancellation Policy

We understand last-minute emergencies pop-up. However, if you are unable to  make your scheduled appointment with your eyelash technician, please contact  us as soon as possible to reschedule.

 No CALL No SHOWS will be allowed to book for services with a deposit. we will not be able to book you in the future unless 50% of the appointment is  paid in full. If you Need to Reschedule We understand last - minute emergencies  pop-up. However, if you are unable to make your scheduled  appointment with  your eyelash technician, please contact us as soon as possible  to reschedule.  We require 24 hours. Rescheduling/Cancellations less 

 Late Arrivals

 If you arrive late we will not be able to extend your appointment time. If you  arrive more than 15 minutes late you will be charged a late fee of $10.00.Out of  respect and consideration for your eyelash therapist and other  customers, please do your best to be on time.

Please note that any reaction to eyelash extensions

are not foreseeable by Ravish Mink Lash and Brows trained technician or by you and while care is taken, NO REFUNDS will be issued for reactions. Ravish Mink Lash and Brows do offer a free removal should this unfortunate event occur. We ask that you the client contact your technician immediately you become aware so you can assisted as quickly as possible.
